We begin by cleaning and disinfecting using an EPA approved disinfectant. Next we utilize the emist EPIX360 to treat the air and surfaces with a micro-thin coating of electrostatic disinfectant that is safe, effective, and EPA approved.  We then treat high touch areas with an EPA approved disinfectant using microfiber cloth. The disinfectants are left on surfaces for the required time to make the most effective use of the disinfectant. 

For the most part you can return to the property within 1-2 hours from the time we begin. 

No. The mist is extremely fine and does not leave a residue or dampness behind.
