Yes. Your Kulture Klean professional will bring all necessary cleaning products and supplies. For sanitary reasons we ask clients to have their own toilet bowl brushes. If you have a preference for a specific type of cleaner we do ask that you provide it.

Our cleaners are professionals and work hard to ensure that the job is done right. If you feel that someone has gone above and beyond your expectations and wish to tip the cleaner, you’re more than welcome to. Those tips will remain 100% with the cleaning professional. Tips however are not expected.

At the moment our services are limited to the inside of the home. We don’t currently clean gutters, driveways, outside windows, etc. We do try to remain as flexible as possible however, so if you have a cleaning job that you don’t want to do yourself, give us a call at 812-461-0278 today! Once the job is complete and we will have you sign off on a completion form that lets us know that you’re satisfied. At that point, the cleaner can process your payment via their mobile device before they leave. We recognize that there are some situations where the payment is coming from a third party and in those cases, we will simply email a copy of the completion form and an invoice which can be paid online using any debit or credit card. We can also accept checks and ACH for repeate business. Finally, we do accept cash payments and in those cases we will provide you with a handwritten receipt at the time of payment.
We guarantee that the cleaning job will be done to your satisfaction. If it is not, the owner of the company will personally come to correct any problems free of charge.
